Pre- and post-refurbishment diagnostics and analysis

Our services include detailed diagnostics and analysis of the equipment’s operating parameters prior to servicing, refurbishment, as well as evaluation of its condition after the service. This ensures that all the equipment meets performance and safety requirements and also provides recommendations for further use.

Wide range of services, including for older equipment

We are not limited to new equipment – we have experience in refurbishing and upgrading older equipment, including replacing components and adapting older models to modern standards. We can restore equipment that is no longer on the market or that requires exceptional attention.

Full after-sales support and warranty service

Once the refurbishment has been carried out, we provide full after-sales support, including a guarantee on the service provided and access to quick service if required. Our activities are aimed at ensuring the long-term reliability of the equipment, which enables us to maintain production continuity at our customers’ sites.

Our service centre

We have our own service centre and spare parts warehouse located at the company headquarters in Tarnow.

We are able to dispatch ordered goods within 24 hours and also perform express repairs around the clock and on public holidays. We carry out maintenance services in our workshop as well as at customer sites.

Yes, we offer service contracts as part of MRO (Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul) partnership, providing comprehensive service care for drives. As part of an MRO agreement, we provide regular inspections, diagnostics and overhauls of equipment tailored to the customer’s individual needs. We provide both ongoing maintenance and repair of damaged components, as well as major overhauls.

Our services also include fast response times to breakdowns, 24/7 service technician support and access to a spare parts warehouse. In this way, we ensure the continuity of equipment operation and optimisation of plant processes.

Yes, we provide both warranty and post-warranty service. As the only Certified Flender Service Partner in Poland and Advanced Partner of Innomotics, we provide the highest-level comprehensive technical service. Our services include diagnostics, repairs and equipment modernisations/upgrades, as well as access to original spare parts and manufacturer’s technical documentation. We support our customers in maintaining the optimum performance of their equipment, guaranteeing reliability and fast repairs thanks to the experience of our engineers and exceptional technological facilities.

Vibration can be caused by rotor imbalance, bearing wear or foundation problems.

One should:
• Switch off the motor and check its mounting.
• Check parameter settings in case of operation with a frequency converter
• Check motor bearings and replace if necessary
• Check motor mounting and modify if necessary
• If a coupling is fitted between the motor and the gear unit, check the alignment and the coupling
• Check the fan/fan guard
• Report the problem to the STERNET service department, which will perform a vibration analysis and carry out all necessary diagnostics.
