Cement plants
As a partner working with cement plants, we offer comprehensive diagnostic, maintenance and modernisation services, taking into account the specificity and relevance of the machines in the cement production process. We support customers in minimising the risk of failure, improving efficiency and extending the life of equipment.
Comprehensive MRO services
Our MRO (Maintenance, Repair, Operations) services include full service support – from diagnostics and maintenance to parts management. With a systematic approach, we maximise the efficiency of the machines.
Scope of MRO services:
Comprehensive service contracts
Inspection, overhaul and replacement of critical parts in cycles adapted to machine loads.
Gearbox maintenance
Monitoring and regeneration of furnace gearboxes.
Spare parts managements
Quick access to components and repair services in the event of failure.
Gearbox condition monitoring
Gearbox lifecycle and condition management.
Regular inspections
Replacement of key components during production downtime.
Service downtime planning
Reconditioning of transmission components – gears and bearings.
Service support at every stage of cement production
Every stage of cement production requires the reliability of machinery, such as gearboxes, motors and other drive mechanisms.
From the extraction and transport of raw materials, to the grinding and homogenisation of the mixture, to the production and cooling of the clinker, we offer a comprehensive service tailored to the specifics of the equipment.
Our activities include regular inspections, operational diagnostics, and the preventive replacement of components such as gears, seals, and bearings. Our specialists use advanced technologies such as vibration analysis and thermographic monitoring to maximize process efficiency.

Cement machine diagnostics and servicing
Cement production requires machines to work under extreme conditions such as high temperatures, varying loads and intensive wear. Our maintenance services support cement plants at every stage of production:
1. Mining and transport of raw materials
In crushers, gearboxes play a key role, carrying high dynamic loads. Regular inspection and lubrication of the gearboxes on these machines ensures their reliability and minimisesthe risk of failure . The service offering includes regular transmission condition inspections, transmission diagnostics, oil analysis and preventive replacement of key components.
2. Mixture preparation
Gearboxes operate here under varying loads and require oil temperature control to avoid overheating. It is advisable to change the oil regularly and check the wear of the gear teeth of the gears. Service offerings include gearbox temperature monitoring and control, vibration diagnostics and drive system upgrades (energy efficiency).
3. Clinker production
Working in high temperatures and contaminated environments requires monitoring of the condition of the seals and regular servicing. Preventing gear oil overheating is key to the long life of these machines. During gearbox operation, the heat generated heats up the gear oil, the temperature of which affects the strength, dynamic load and efficiency of the gearbox. Too high a temperature can cause damage and a drop in efficiency. Service offerings include thermal imaging inspections, transmission cooling system inspections and gear and bearing reconditioning.
4. Clinker cooling
Intense thermal loads require high-temperature resistant gearboxes and frequent maintenance checks. Service offerings include thermal service and replacement of heat-resistant components.
5. Cement grinding
Gears in mills operate under heavy loads and require high precision operation. Regular inter-tooth clearance measurements and oil analysis are key to ensuring their efficiency and avoiding costly downtime. Service offerings include clearance diagnostics, mill gearbox reconditioning and mill monitoring.
