Our product range
FLENDER’s AIQ Core sensor enables accurate measurement of actual gear unit operating loads, so that gear unit specifications can be fine-tuned to meet actual operational needs. On the basis of detailed load spectra, the oversizing of gear units is often revealed, creating opportunities for significant cost reductions.
When placing a new order, you have the option of choosing gear units with smaller sizes that ideally match the actual load requirements. In this way, up to 25% of investment costs can be saved.
We provide full support in selecting the right gear unit, taking into account actual loads and operating conditions, and offer professional installation of the AIQ monitoring system, which enables ongoing control of gear unit performance and condition.
