Energy efficiency

Caring for the environment is a challenge that requires concrete action. Our energy-saving solutions help you make informed, eco-friendly decisions that support both your business and the planet.

Every motor matters: choose responsibly

Every project we undertake focuses on improving energy efficiency, reducing costs and promoting sustainability. Our offer responds to the need to reduce energy consumption, reduce waste and choose products with a longer life cycle.

We operate on the principle of ‘energy efficiency first’, facilitating green choices that benefit both the environment and your business.

Service portfolio

Our energy efficiency service portfolio incorporates the following assumptions:

Sustainably produced

Low-carbon production

We offer products with a reduced carbon footprint through process optimisation, renewable energy and modern raw materials. Each solution is assessed in terms of its environmental impact, allowing CO2 emissions to be managed effectively.

Concentrated or compact solution

Modern drive systems with reduced weight and size lessen material consumption, optimise transport and logistics and lower CO2 emissions, while increasing efficiency.

Responsible sourcing of materials

We rely on certified raw materials that meet high environmental and ethical standards, ensuring responsible resource management and safety throughout the supply chain.

Designed to optimise safety

We select technologies that minimise risks to people and the environment by eliminating harmful substances and using materials that are safe at every stage of use.

Sustainable solutions

Energy saving

Our drive technologies reduce energy consumption and support optimisation processes, resulting in lower costs and decreased CO2 emissions. We also offer energy efficiency analysis and advice on efficiency improvements.

Waste reduction

We support companies in minimising waste by using products that are suitable for recycling, disassembly and reuse, allowing for more efficient management of raw materials and a reduced environmental footprint.

Closed loop support

Extended product life cycle

We invest in durable and reliable components that limit downtime, reduce service costs and ensure the long-term performance of drive systems.

Returns acceptence programme

We support the implementation of take-back schemes that enable products to be remanufactured, recycled or reused, minimising waste and supporting a circular economy.

Energy Efficiency Services Offering

Discover our range of energy efficiency services

Ensure the sustainability of your business and calculate the possible reduction in your carbon footprint using our calculator.
In January 2023, the CSRD came into force, regulating non-financial reporting for small and medium-sized enterprises, among others.

Preparing a report is a lengthy process, so take the first step today and count the possible CO2 drive-related CO2 reductions.

Motor replacement process

We implement it
in 5 standardised steps

Objective and plan

The first stage is to learn about our methodology for improving energy efficiency by replacing electric drives with high-efficiency ones. An executive team and implementation schedule are being established.

Assessment of savings potential

We identify motors to be replaced, check for possible upgrades
and collect data on their work. The result is a Pre-Audit with savings potential and economic indicators.

Technical verification

Together, we determine the scope of the motor replacement, select IE4/IE5 replacements and confirm the upgrade. A Final Pre-Audit is produced as the basis for the Energy Efficiency Audit.

Energy efficiency audit

We prepare the Energy Efficiency Audit in accordance with the law, concluding with an application to the ERO for an Energy Efficiency Certificate (EEE).

Modernisation

We carry out comprehensive replacement of motors with high-efficiency motors, dramatically reducing energy consumption and maintenance costs.

FAQ

In order to achieve noticeable savings from reduced energy consumption, it is recommended to include drive units with certain parameters, such as a minimum power rating of 10 kW, an operating time of at least 4,000 hours per year and electric drives in efficiency classes IE3, IE2, IE1 or older.

The provided criteria serve as a guideline only – we analyse each drive unit individually in order to tailor optimal solutions and ensure the highest quality of services.

The payback period is usually between 1.5 and 3 years. The exact period depends on:

1. Scale of modernisation – the greater the number of units and the extent of the changes, the higher the potential savings.
2. Efficiency of the implemented technologies – solutions such as high-efficiency motors or inverters can significantly reduce energy consumption.
3. The level of energy consumption before modernisation – the higher the previous energy losses, the greater the potential for savings.
4. Subsidies – the use of White Certificates can shorten the payback period.

A detailed analysis of the energy efficiency audit is required to accurately estimate the payback time.

For the drive technology energy efficiency audit, you will need:

1. Energy consumption data – information on the energy consumption of drive units in the last 12 months.
2. Technical documentation of drives – technical specifications of motors, gear units, inverters, controls systems and their energy characteristics.
3. Operating information – number of operating hours, real-time motor loads, maintenance schedules.
4. Electrical wiring diagrams – especially in the area of power supply for drive units.
5. Data on technological processes – description of the use of drives in the production process, their performance and working conditions.
