FAQ

After each service we provide each client with a comprehensive report containing conclusions and recommendations. The report includes full photographic documentation of the damaged components and a description of the work carried out. After the service has been performed, the report is each time discussed by the Service engineer with the Customer.

Overheating of the geared motor can be caused by excessive load, inadequate lubrication or ventilation problems.

One should:
• Switch the device off in order to avoid possible damage.
• Check the lubricating oil level and quality.
• Contact the service department to arrange for a detailed diagnosis.

Vibrations can result from rotor imbalance, bearing damage or improper mounting.

• Contact the service department which will carry out a vibration analysis and diagnose the problem.
